Cow tippin'

I have my new 1D MarkIIn for about a week now and start to master the camera quite well. There is ofcourse still a lot to learn about all the customization of the camera and using the picture styles. The different use of the controls was a walk in the park.. What is a bit error prone is the fact that I can switch between the cards and sometimes forget to set datawriting to the wrong card. It has been dark days and a lot of inside photography. I can't wait to do some action photography with low ISO and shiny weather..

The autofocus is really better but it did not yet blow me away... Another thing that I noticed is that the vertical change of focus points needs to be done with the big wheel (owners know what I mean). I do not find that very easy to use but maybe I did not check it out enough..

Well, when the weather gets better I will post some more images or link to my Flickr account.

No more technical barriers, pure talent is needed...

I got my new 1D MarkIIn which I will be using for work. I started with a 10D, now got a 20D and just got the 1DMarkIIn. I read so much about it in the last 2 years. I have it for only 1 day now and when used to digital equipment and reading the camera stuff you can figure the different handling out really quickly.

I might need to get more routined but the duo combination and holding the button to switch and select menu's is really easy and indeed a better choice when you want more options under your fingers and want less unwanted changes in your settings.

I was always drawn by the superb focus and speed. I have to go out to see the extra brightness in the viewer and enjoy the more wide angle (1.3) instead of 1.6 cropfactor now at the 20D.

I wanted to make an opening shot that is worthy of my own creativity and the talent of the 1D mkIIn... So I let the camera make a 3 second ride through my house so you would get an impression...

It is the import in PS when holding the button for a few seconds and show the room to the camera..

I will come up with a better photos in the future.
